He is an ex-officio member of the State Lottery Commission, the Inspector General Advisory Board, the Records Conservation Board, and the State Retiree Benefits Trust Fund Board.

For the current year we are specifically focused on moving forward with the transformation of the core financial system of the Commonwealth (MMARS), transitioning internal decision making from anecdotes based to analytics based, exploring and implementing business process improvements to assist our agency partners in performing the functions of their jobs, enhancing the offerings on the CTHRU transparency website, and developing a more robust relationship with the 151 agencies we interact with on a regular basis.
