- Job Description Provide training, supervision and guidance to the Parole Officers, Parole Supervisors and administration staff across 37 Houses of Correction and State Institutions across the Commonwealth. Develop policy and procedures for staff to follow as new legislation is developed. Conduct quality assurance for all date calculations, case preparation to include all Parole hearings. Ensure all Parole Hearings are conducted in accordance with the law. Ensure public safety. Hire and train new staff for the agency.
